Creator fees
NewRich applies transaction fees to earnings generated from monetized features, including paid content, courses, groups, livestreams, subscriptions, and other creator tools.
Your Creator Plan determines the monetization features available to you. The type of product you sell determines the transaction fee applied to your sales.
All Creator Plans currently have a 2.7% transaction fee.
Additional platform fees may apply depending on the product type and buyer source. For a full list of platform fees, see Platform Fees.

Platform Fees
Buyer Types
A buyer who signed up to NewRich through the creator's own link and makes their first purchase on NewRich.
An existing NewRich user, including users who purchased before, joined through NewRich, discovered NewRich through ads, or purchased through a link shared by someone other than the creator.

Where to View Your Current Fee Level
You can view your current Creator Plan and the transaction fees associated with it at any time. Go to: Settings → Creator Settings → Creator Profile → Your Creator Plan
On this page, you can:
- View your current Creator Plan.
- Review the features and benefits included with your subscription.
- Upgrade to another plan if you'd like to access additional features or lower transaction fees.
- Renew your subscription if it has expired. Please note that monetization features are unavailable while your plan is inactive.
Summary
Your available monetization features are determined by your active Creator Plan. Transaction fees are currently 2.7% across all plans.
If you'd like to reduce your fees, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time.
If your Creator Plan expires, monetization features are temporarily disabled until your subscription is renewed.
