Live sessions

Live Sessions let you join creators in real time through interactive broadcasts. Depending on how a creator chooses to offer a session, it may be free to join, available as a one-time purchase, or included with an active subscription.

You can discover upcoming and live sessions on creator profiles. Each session card clearly displays the scheduled date, current status, access type, and the action required to join.

Discovering Live Sessions

Upcoming and active livestreams are displayed as dedicated session cards that provide all essential information before you join. Depending on the creator's settings, you'll see whether the session is free, requires a one-time purchase, or is included with a subscription.

The primary action button changes automatically based on the available access:

• Join Live for free sessions
• Unlock Access for paid or subscription-only sessions

Selecting a session opens the appropriate flow for gaining access.

Joining a Livestream

The way you join a livestream depends on how the creator offers access.

• Free sessions - Free livestreams can be joined immediately by selecting Join Live. No payment or additional setup is required, and you'll enter the livestream room instantly.
• One-time purchase - If a livestream requires a one-time payment, selecting Unlock Access opens a purchase dialog showing the session details, included content, and ticket price. After completing payment, access is granted immediately and you are taken directly into the livestream.
• Subscription access - Some livestreams are included with a creator subscription. If you don't have access yet, NewRich lets you either subscribe to the creator's content or, when available, purchase lifetime access separately. Once your purchase or subscription is confirmed, the livestream becomes immediately available.

Watching a Livestream

The livestream player is designed to provide an interactive viewing experience while keeping controls simple and easy to access.

During a livestream you can react with emojis, participate in live chat, switch between the chat and participant list, adjust playback quality, share the session, send tips to the creator, and leave the livestream at any time. Everything happens without interrupting the live broadcast.

Replay Access

Many livestreams remain available after they end, allowing you to watch them again whenever you like.

Replay availability depends on the creator's chosen access model. Some replays are free, while others remain available only to members with an active subscription or users who purchased lifetime access. Whenever a replay is available, it appears automatically in your library and can be opened just like any other purchased content.
