How we rank creators

The NewRich Creator Platform ranks all creators who apply to publish and monetize content on the platform.

Our ranking system combines manual reviews with platform performance data to ensure high-quality content and a trusted experience for subscribers.

Initial Review

Every creator is asked to submit a sample of the content they plan to monetize on NewRich.

This review helps ensure that the content follows both our platform guidelines and our Terms of Use before it becomes available to subscribers.

What We Review

Each submission is reviewed by a member of our team and evaluated across multiple quality factors, including:

• Presentation quality (video, audio, lighting, camera)
• Recording quality
• Course or content organization
• Ease of learning and navigation
• Overall production quality
• Educational value

The goal is to understand both the quality of the content and the experience it provides to subscribers.

External Presence

As part of the application process, creators are also asked to provide:

• Social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Existing creator platform profiles (Udemy, Patreon, etc.)
• Certifications or professional achievements (optional)

These help us better understand the creator's experience and expertise.

Creator Ranking

After the review, creators receive one of three platform ranks:

Basic — Start strong. As a Basic-ranked creator or coach, you’re officially part of the NewRich ecosystem. You’ve shown potential and alignment with our values, and now your content is available for discovery by our community. This is your launchpad. Use it to build credibility, grow your following, and take your next step toward Premium.

Premium — Stand out. Premium-ranked creators and coaches are consistent, polished, and in demand. You’ve proven your ability to deliver high-quality lessons and a strong learner experience. With this rank comes increased visibility, elevated status across the platform, and the ability to command higher earnings for your content.

Certified — Inspire with excellence. Certified-ranked creators and coaches are the top tier. You deliver transformative content with measurable impact. In other words, your work sets the standard. With this rank, you unlock maximum revenue potential, maximum visibility, the ability to issue certificates, and priority access to platform features and collaborations.

Ongoing Evaluation

Ranking doesn't stop after approval.

Once you're publishing on NewRich, your rank continues to evolve based on your activity and performance on the platform, including:

• Content quality
• Student engagement
• Views and watch time
• Sales and enrollments
• Upload consistency
• Subscriber satisfaction

Creators may also request a manual review after publishing additional premium content.

Your creator rank is continuously monitored and can increase automatically as your content performs well.

Manual re-evaluations may also be requested after significant improvements or the publication of new premium content.
